As an avid outdoorsman I have spent a significant part of my life outside camping, hiking, fishing (3 years as a guide in BC) hunting and now trapping.

I believe passing on our heritage and traditions while also providing a necessary service for our rural and agricultural customers. Certified and licensed, I only use approved and certified traps.

Not all customers will be accepted.
The most common reason for refusal is proximity to other houses. While damage control is sometimes necessary to prevent flooding, loss of trees and to control erosion, we will not trap in locations where there is a risk of injuring someone's children or pet.
Animal damage control of beaver and muskrat may be necessary for a variety of reasons.
Flooding - Beaver dams can lead to significant flooding and property damage to houses, outbuildings, livestock pens and agricultural fields.
Tree removal - in the making of their dams and lodges and in particular in the weeks leading up to winter freeze up, significant tree loss can be seen affecting soil erosion, wind breaks and high value ornamental trees.
At this time, we only offer damage control for beaver and muskrat
Available only to those outside of any city limit and who own the property.
Trapping is an extremely efficient and safe way to remove problem beavers and muskrats. The amount that are removed is up to you, the land owner. From population reduction to full eradication.
Cost of service is based on location, time of year and amount of animals to be removed (reduction or eradication). Typically, there is no cost during the trapping season (roughly mid October to early April) within 75km of Edmonton. Outside of the trapping season, rates are based on distance and amount of visits required.
